The short answer
It smells like the compliments people describe, and it costs $484.67. Both are true and neither cancels the other out.
A bottle lasts me over a year, so the number that actually matters is $26.93 to $40.39 a month — and how far into that range you land is entirely down to how heavy-handed you are. If that's fine, buy it. If it isn't, YSL Libre Eau de Parfum at $189.99 gets you most of the way for a third of the outlay.
Rose and lychee over vanilla and musk. Sweet, but it stops short of the candy-floss turn most sweet fragrances take after twenty minutes, and that restraint is most of what you're paying for.
It's 4.6 / 5 on Amazon Australia, and the reviews all say the same thing in different words: people stop you.
The maths nobody does
Mine lasts more than a year. Call it $40.39 a month at twelve months, or $26.93 if you stretch it to eighteen — which is a far less alarming number than $484.67, and a more useful one.
The enormous caveat: that depends entirely on how much you spray. Fragrance longevity guides love to quote months, and months are meaningless without a spray count. Two sprays on pulse points and a bottle this size will see out a couple of years. Six sprays including your clothes and you'll be back inside twelve months, and the person next to you on the tram will have opinions.
This one in particular does not need volume. It lasts most of a day on skin and it projects. If you're applying it like a body spray you are both spending more than you need to and wearing it wrong.
When to wear it, and when not to
It lasts most of a day, which is a lot of fragrance to inflict on a room. This is not an office scent, and it is not for anywhere people can't move away from you. A car, a meeting, a gym.
Evenings, events, cold weather. That's where it belongs — occasions where filling a room is the point rather than the problem. Used that way a bottle genuinely does last years, which is most of why the price stops looking absurd.

The honest caveat is the one above: that figure is a function of restraint. Anyone reviewing a $484.67 bottle without telling you how fast it empties — or that how fast it empties is mostly up to you — is answering the easy question.
